All units require an Electrical Power Source (generators extra). All units also require a trained Safety Attendant. Inflatable units cannot be placed on gravel or surfaces that do not permit stake anchors. Wind restrictions apply as determined by the Safety Attendant.
As much as we hope the weather will cooperate and be perfect on the day of your big event, we have to address the question of:
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR EVENT IS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER?
Orders Cancelled Less Than 24 – 48 Hours Before Start Time
75% charge if the order is NOT rescheduled
30% charge if the order is rescheduled
At this point, all of the perishable items will be lost along with all the preparation time
Orders Cancelled Less 49 – 96 Hours Before Start Time
50% charge if the order is NOT rescheduled
20% charge if the order IS rescheduled
At this point, most of the perishable items and preparation may be stopped
Entertainment and Rental Equipment cannot be canceled.
Once It Has Been Reserved, Full Payment May Be Required.
