Final times, final guest count, and final menu changes will be taken 4-7 days prior to an event.
For late bookings, call for availability.

TIPS:

Packages start at 15 people.

Beef & gravy arrives cold unless set-up service is requested. Ask for details.

To keep the beef tender and tasty, we deliver the beef separate from the gravy (cold). You must warm the gravy and add the beef as you need it. An electric fry pan, crock-pot, or a stockpot on your stovetop is perfect for this.

*Never place aluminum catering pans on an electric stovetop!

STERNO RACKS & FUEL

Sterno racks and fuel do not come with your order unless set-up service is requested.
