Times, guest count, and any menu changes will be taken 7 days prior to an event.
**Late bookings call for availability.
Beef & Gravy arrives cold!
Ask for details.
To keep the beef tender and tasty we deliver the beef separate from the gravy (cold). You must warm the gravy and add the beef as you need it. An electric fry pan, crock-pot, or a stockpot on your stovetop is perfect for this.
*Never place aluminum catering pans on an electric stovetop!
Sterno racks & fuel do not come with your order
These items are not included unless set up service is requested.

Delivery Service
Available for a nominal fee. Ask your catering consultant for pricing to your location. All orders can be picked up at our Northlake location.
